Why we exist
Most small shops buy from one place and sell to another. Most individuals buy one item at a time. Those two groups rarely get served well by the same supplier — trade buyers get pushed into consumer checkout flows, and individuals get quoted minimums they cannot meet.
Meowbond is built to serve both. Retail customers order single units at normal prices. Trade customers open an account, get tiered pricing, and order by quote. Same warehouse, same products, two different lanes.
How we work
- Direct sourcing. We work with manufacturers rather than layers of middlemen, which keeps both retail and wholesale pricing workable.
- Checked before dispatch. Every batch is inspected. Problems get caught before the parcel leaves, not after it arrives.
- Honest lead times. We quote delivery windows we can actually hit, including cross-border routes.
- One point of contact. Wholesale accounts get a named manager rather than a shared inbox.
What we do not do
- We do not hide minimum order quantities until checkout.
- We do not quote prices we cannot hold for the stated validity period.
- We do not ship without tracking on international orders.
